1General Terms & Conditions

Hbjje (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service operated by the hbjje Board of Directors. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between hbjje and its users.

By using hbjje's services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• Online gaming is legal in the country or region you are accessing this service from.
• You are using this platform of your own free will and choice.
• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full.

Hbjje reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

1.1 Service Restrictions

Hbjje reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close any user account for any reason. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or other circumstances. hbjje accepts no liability for compensation in such cases.

2Account Registration

Providing accurate and truthful information is mandatory when creating an account on hbjje. During registration, you will be required to submit the following details:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• An active mobile number (for OTP verification)
• Date of birth (for 18+ verification)
• Preferred Payment Method

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one hbjje account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

2.2 KYC Verification

Hbjje reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time for security and legal purposes. You may be required to provide one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

If verification fails or information is found to be false, the account will be permanently closed.

2.3 Password Security

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. Report any unauthorized access to your account to hbjje support immediately.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on hbjje:

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳50
• Maximum single deposit: ৳1,00,000
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly
• No deposit fees

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳5,00,000
• Processing Time: 10 to 30 minutes (typically)
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed

3.3 Cancelled Transactions

If a deposit fails but the amount has been deducted, it will be automatically refunded within 24 hours. If you do not receive the refund within that time, please contact support with your bank or mobile banking statement.

4Betting Rules

Please keep the following rules in mind when betting on hbjje:

4.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is not accepted before the match begins, it will be automatically cancelled and the amount refunded.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally voided and stakes are refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, hbjje reserves the right to void that bet.

4.2 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed will be considered final. hbjje is not liable for any delays caused by network issues.

4.3 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum payout for a single betting event is ৳10,00,000. This limit also applies to individual legs of multiple bets. Limits may differ for special tournaments and will be stated separately where applicable.

4.4 Odds Changes

Hbjje reserves the right to change odds at any time. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that point will stand. However, hbjje reserves the right to make corrections in the case of clear technical errors.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Hbjje regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus carries its own terms, which are displayed at the time of claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To use this bonus, certain wagering requirements must be met — typically 5 to 10 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Winnings from bonuses may be withdrawn once the wagering requirements have been met.
• You cannot claim another bonus while one is already active.
• Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of being issued, after which they will expire.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or device are not permitted.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hbjje and will result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Participation in match fixing or any fraudulent activity
• Use of bots, scripts, or automation software
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Use for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on hbjje's systems
• Operating an Account Under a False Identity
• Managing an Account on Behalf of a Minor

If suspicious activity is detected, hbjje may temporarily suspend the account until the necessary investigation has been completed.

7Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by hbjje

Hbjje may suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Suspected Terms Violation
• While KYC verification is pending
• If a security risk is detected
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities

7.2 Closure by User

You may also close your account at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance will be available for withdrawal; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

7.3 Permanent Closure

In the event of a serious breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed. In such cases, hbjje will not accept any appeals regarding the forfeited balance.

8Responsible Gaming

Hbjje believes gaming is for entertainment — not addiction. We encourage every user to play responsibly.

8.1 Setting Self-Limits

From your hbjje dashboard, you can set the following limits for yourself:

• Daily Deposit Limit
• Weekly Betting Limit
• Monthly Loss Limit
• Session Time Limit

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gaming habits are getting out of control, use the Self-exclusion feature to lock your account for a set period — from 7 days up to permanently.

9Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact our support team first — most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
2. If your issue is not resolved by support, submit a formal complaint via email.
3. Hbjje will respond in writing within 7 business days.
4. If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be resolved through third-party mediation.

9.1 Betting Result Disputes

Any disputes regarding betting results must be raised within 48 hours of the result being published. Submitting your complaint with relevant screenshots or supporting information will help us resolve it faster. hbjje's decision shall be considered final.

10Changes to Terms and Effective Date

Hbjje reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via mobile notification or email.
